Thanks Chick50. Most appreciated. I talked with a number of players in Lansing. I try to get to everyone. Sometimes it gets a little bit scrambled trying to do three things at once. But I aim to please. There were a few players that had questions on Miken bats. Feel free to email me gals and gents at mike@bigcat844.com with any question pertaining to the Miken/Worth line of softball.equipment.

This past weekend I went up to Lansing, Michigan to work the Northern Championships. Had a real good time watching some good Senior ball games. Looking forward to watch some even better games in Vegas.. I thought Tim McElroy did a great job running the event. All in all good time. Thanks Tim.....

Great question big cat7... I myself had that issue at one time in my career where I was getting too strong and bound up. At that point I started stretching more and laid off of the higher weight. You can lift all year around..Just have to put together a good routine. There are trainers available if you have any issues on what to do and not to do. Hope this helps.

Discussion: Bat prices

I agree with you the consumer. Bats should not be more than 199.95 all the time. Then they will gradually slip down to 189.95, 179.95 and so forth. You can always talk to me and I will work with you to help you out. If I am able to keep the pricing down then that is what I will do. I use to come to the tourneys with KS and we would always try and help out the consumer.175.00 and 180.00 all day long. If I can help you out I will. I have been known to try and help ball players with broken bats from who knows when but I will try. Hope you and everyone else has a good 2017 season....

I have to say that I would always use a 44/375 ball no matter what company it is made by for senior softball. Just my .02 cents worth which is not worth a hill of red beans. People will say that the real home run hitters will hit home runs and the ones that shouldn't won't. I for one like a league or tournament where there is hardly any complaining and lets play ball. Once the 52/300 is used for tournaments that you have to pay for you should try and make it where there is less complaining. I feel with a 44/375 you achieve that. Like I said it is only my thoughts.

NYTX, once you get to the page for the Senior Scoreboard you have to click on the blue tab in the middle of the page and register and log in. The account is free for 30 days. Once you log in you will see a a number 1. Click on Current Tournaments. Follow the steps. 1, 2, 3, 4. It should take you where you want to be. In step 3 you will have your choice of age group you are looking for. I hope this helps.

Also if you have scores please email scores to bigcat@designwebsystems.com. This will help with getting them inserted. Thanks again. I have someone who is installing all of he data they we get.
Once again Thank You. Trying to work this system for all of the senior softball players. Doing this for you guys.. Thank You.....

First off Thank You to everyone who is helping us get this Senior Scoreboard going. Second you can go to www.mikemacenko.com and go into the site and scroll down past the Clean Planet Links. Right below it you will see a Senior Scoreboard link. I have my web site on a older server and I am in the process of moving everything to a brand new server. I have already developed a bigger link so you can see the link and can't miss it. Once again Thank you to everyone and continued Good Luck to all of the players.I will have all of my changes for the site done by Saturday. It does not effect the Senior Scoreboard at all.....

Hey Crusher, those are just pop ups that you can get from anywhere on the computer. I myself use Vipre for my Anti-Virus program and I have spoke to them and they said that was something like I said that can pop up anywhere. I do not think you should be alarmed from it but then again I know a lot of crazy stuff goes on the Internet. So this is nothing that I am doing it is just a pop up. Sorry for the inconvenience and I will contact my Anti-Virus company and see if I can't make that go away... Ok? I hope this explains it some.

Thank You For the heads up....

Justin, this is Mike Macenko. I played with your Grandpa's team Ritch's Superior and played against him for a number of years with our Steele's teams. What can I do for you. my email is mike@bigcat844.com... Feel free to email me and we can talk about what ever you want to. I was there the night he was inducted into the USSSA Hall Of Fame. It was a great night when they did that. I could only imagine if your grandpa would have been there. There is no telling how many people and players would have came to see that, and be part of that. He was a very good man with a heart of gold. Get in touch with me and I can help you out with whatever. OK?

Hey everyone, I am doing a favor for a long time friend of mine named Roger Wilt. He is I believe 69 going to turn 70. Played with so many great teams over the years. Played with Ed Rose and his teams. Orange Crush from years ago. The list goes on and on. He has just recently moved back to Lexington, Ky. Is looking to play some more softball. I can tell you he is a great hitter and team ball player still at 69. If interested give ma call at 216-419-0205 and I will get you his info.

Thank You
