Discussion: Achilles Tendon Injury

A number of years ago i had bad spurs in both heels a fellow ball player told me about grape seed extract or grape seed compound either one, i took two in the morning and two at night for 30 days and they went away, if you take them for up to two months it ain't going to work , i have passed this along to a dozen or more players and it has worked for them. it's just a vitamin and you can get them most any where. they are worth a try and not much cost. mine do flare up once in awhile and i repeat the process, haven't had to have surgery.

The format for this tournament is what ruined the Boerne,tx tournament, allowing to many teams into a tournament. This one is a bit different there playing seeding games and the doing single elimination , for this amount of money and playing single elimination means it's about just the money not the game.

Discussion: Changing Teams

Okay that answers my question I didn't know that the rules had changed that players could flip flop back and forth from team to team, for since the drillers were majors in this tournament and Houston fire is a major team I thought that would prevent the players from returning, it's nice to know if our team ever needs a couple of players we can pickup some to improve our changes in a tournament, and then those players can go back to there old team,or visa versa.

Discussion: Changing Teams

SSUSA wondering if you could help me on my question, seems that two players off of Houston Fire left there to play on EL Paso drillers in the Texas State tournament then were allowed to go back and play for Houston Fire at the western nationals, i thought that once you quit a team and joined another you couldn't go back to any team ?

Dave i may have been a bit strong on my statement it's just that something didn't seem right. Here's a question for you, i understand two guys from houston fire a major team went to play with a AAA team but i here that bumped the AAA team up to major and since now they have played for this now a major team are they being allowed to return to houston fire for the way i understand it they must have had a release to play for the AAA team that is now major and you can only be released once so by the rules they wouldn't be allowed to return to the houston fire team, just curious to see if i'm right. this was the el paso tournament.

Discussion: Ruling clarification

As I read and try to understand why it's not a dead ball when the batter steps out of the box and still count a ball hit over the fence toward the total home run count but not be counted as a run, then with this type of reasoning since the rules don't count it as a dead ball, then if the batter steps out of the box and is called out and say there is a runner on first and the short stop fields the ball he should be allowed to turn a double play, that's with the reasoning by what SSUSA says that this is not a dead ball situation.

Teams pay a lot of money for tournaments, almost 800.00 dollars for the world championships, around 400.00 dollars for most qualifiers, so to me I don't want a 1-1 count, so lets just play the game the way it should be, it we don't get in 7 innings so be it.

Capt. Kirk all your questions about points are mute for your team which I am also on. SSUSA as you can see in there rules for HOF are just for everyone AAA and up they don't care about the AA teams, oh they take there money , and the AA teams will get rooms and such for the big tournaments, but in ssusa, spa and the other organization AA teams do not rate as quality teams. But we are AAA team next year so maybe they will acknowledge us.

Anyone that disrespects the American FLAG or our national Anthem in my opinion should just move to another country if they are dissatisfied with America. For they are spitting in the face of the men and women that have died for there Freedom.

Was just wondering, I see the California, midwest, northwest, and so on championships, are they like the Texas state championship that when the awards are given out there no reference to the tournament or even the year. didn't know if it was just us or everyone. This years Texas championship was a really nice at the most 35cent patch that said 2016 qualifier, just wondering.

Discussion: AUSTIN TEXAS SENIOR SHOOT-OUT !!

Had a good time there Chris we might have gotten one more game in before the right if the ump wouldn't have kept wondering off and wasting 10 minutes or more between games, plus I have never seen and ump puff on and e-cigarette while calling balls and strikes and running out to make and infield call, but as they say you think you have seen everything !!!

Discussion: Pitcher safety screens.

so next would be a screen for a third baseman then the second baseman etc etc etc . I pitch have done so for years when I cant defend myself then i'll play another spot. I see a lot of guys pitching that shouldn't be there for they don't have very good reflexes. and I play in the 65 division.
