In DE play the choice of home or away should go to the higher seed and in the championship game the winners bracket winner should get home team if they choose. I don’t see any reason to give any benefit to the losers bracket winner at the expense of winners bracket champion. That makes no sense to me. |

This year I decided after 30 years of ball to get a custom one. All black, 14’ with a mix of leathers and costs about a car payment but you won’t find a better glove. |

Since a mask is needed these days I don’t pitch. Any type of helmet/mask limits my vision and especially my peripheral vision. It’s enough where I’m not confident in my reaction time. |

Collisions occasionally occur at first, spit happens, but this is not football where you can knock the ball loose from the player. |

| Aug. 26, 2021 rmp0012002 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: major plus Some teams were strong in 50 Major but moving to 50 Major + they weren’t the big dogs anymore and weren’t happy about that. I played on a 50 Major team and I have no issue playing the Plus teams, I would welcome it. The team I played with this year I think won one game in 4-5 SSUSA/ISSA tournaments and that was against Suncoast 50 in Richmond. I’d have to think that was due to getting 5 runs. I don’t know what the solution is but some teams go to tournaments to have a good time and others go to win. |

If a team is legit at the beginning of the season they shouldn’t be punished for playing well. If they beat up on everyone in their legit age class then it is what it is. Bill, did Freehold get bumped from Major 50 to Plus? |

Most tournaments I’ve seen there are only 2-3 Plus teams to play pool games with the 50 Major teams and then they play their own mini bracket. This past weekend in Richmond the games between the 50 Major and Major Plus teams were all pretty close. |
