I bought the 26 oz Wig Popper. It weighs about 1/2 ounce heavier than my 26 oz Dudley Lightning Legend, with the difference in weight almost all on the end. Haven't swung it yet though because it's been too cold and/or wet in Minnesota so far this year.

I have a Miken Johnny Bailey and a Dudley Bobby Nifong that both hold up well in cold weather and don't sting my hands. Also liked the 2 pc Louisville Hyper Z for cold weather.
I've hit BP in temps as low as 35 with those. I keep them warm until I'm ready to hit.
Keep in mind that I'm a gap hitter, so if you are regularly clearing the fence, all bets are off.

I have a 26.5 Dudley Nifong with more than 1500 swings. Very durable and plenty of pop. However, it swings a little heavy for me compared to my 1 pc Suncoast(26.5) and Adidas (26) which are my gamers.

Thanks for the good information and advice. Are there any specific exercises you can recommend to strengthen the shoulder without causing further damage?

I'd be interested in seeing that. More and different perspectives are always better.
