| Sept. 5, 2024 LostIllini | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Possible conflict in 55 Major Bracket... I was going over the 55M bracket and I noticed a time conflict... Over on the loser track side... There is game #29 scheduled for Saturday at 8:30am on C1. If loser of that game hasn't played 3 games yet the loser feeds into game #43 one of the "If needed" games. The issue is game #43 is scheduled for Saturday at 8:30am on B4.. Also game #30 and game #39 also has the same sort of problem.. |
| May 23, 2024 LostIllini | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Back Foot in Front of the Mat I'm honestly shocked at the amount of push back this new rule has caused... IF you want to go back to the old rule then you better standardize the batting box then.. Because, at the turf complexes I've played at over the last few years, where I have been called out 3 times for my left foot being out of the box. The parks I'm talking about are Golden Eagle in Sparks, NV and BLD in Las Vegas... They do NOT have the same size box and the box is permanent... But at parks that are on dirt.. The front line goes away after time and no one gets called out of the box there.. It was total chaos in Worlds at BLD last year... Some umpires would call it others would not.. Both teams managers would during the flip ask the umpire to NOT call it... |
