| Oct. 4, 2025 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Players looking to join a team Discussion: Looking to play Winter Worlds Nov. 2025 Looking like my team 70 Major Scrap Iron High Octane not playing this year in Phoenix and I would like to play. Live in Tucson, play 3B/1B, most of you know me as Hojo. 65 AAA, 65 Major or 70 Major. I will know by Oct. 21 if my SIHO team not going. 520-275-8300 is my cell. |
| Sept. 26, 2025 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Bracket Updates Dbax- those were NOT put in daily and after each days play. We've been complaining about this same issue for many years. For the money we pay we should be getting real time recording. |

| Sept. 24, 2025 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Bracket Updates It's just crazy. Just saw a clip and JBI is going to talk about it Friday. Finals of Seesion 2 tomorrow and not one updated bracket in any of the age groups. |
| Sept. 24, 2025 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Bracket Updates Why is it that nearly every tournament the field directors can't just take an end of day picture of the results that day and post it so everyone can view. World brackets in Session two are still not available online and it's day three???? |
| July 5, 2025 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Bats Discussion: Wigpopper vs Mario Foster Agree with NYGNYY, Foster is durable and a great bat. Swung two OG Greens all 2024 and still using the red and blue ones. Initial OG Wig Blackout tested at 125 after 50 swings at Winter Worlds without a blemish on it. SP great about refund but for my money go with the Easton. |

| Nov. 21, 2024 sbsoftball30 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Short Porch Blackout My like new Short Porch Blackout with less than 50 swings failed compression testing at Phoenix Winter Worlds. Never got to use it at Phoenix. Not a mark on the bat. It was tested 8 times and best psi readings was 125. What next steps will be done at SSUSA headquarters and when will I hear from you? Short Porch refunded my purchase but is silent on how many other bats in their run of 516 Blackouts had similar results. Just looking for some honest feedback. Thanks. |

| June 28, 2021 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: Any Update on The Stote? Rocks are available through BSN. Just purchased 10 dozen two weeks ago for my Arizona league and they arrived to my Tucson home in less than one week. The Stote balls we used in Reno are junk, why can't the Rock be the tourney choice until the Stote Microcell balls arrive in the States since they hold up the best in hot temperatures? |
| June 4, 2021 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Tournaments Discussion: ROCK 'N RENO CHALLENGE...BRAVO !! Why aren't the bracket results for the 65 Major teams posted. All the others in the group are???? |
| June 3, 2021 sbsoftball30 | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Balls for Rock N Reno This ball is junk especially in the two days of 95 degree heat this week in Reno. HR's in the 65 major bracket were minimal, in the five games we played only ONE. Agree with Wood_1966 that it favors the base hit only teams. Our league here in Arizona has had no trouble ordering Microcell Stotes or Rocks from BSN Sports. Just got 10 dozen delivered today. Maybe Dave Dowell can save many of us a trip to Sacramento if this same ball is going to be used there. Just sayin. |

| March 4, 2020 sbsoftball30 | Topic: Rules of the game Discussion: Was this the correct Call? Batter/Runner hits fair grounder to third baseman. Fielder attempts throw to 1B but is wide right. Thrown ball strikes runner's bat which he is still holding as he runs to first. Batter/runner is inside runners lane and has not reached the bag when struck. Thrown ball deflects off bat and into foul territory. Batter/runner reaches bag safely. Defensive team objects saying batter/runner should be called out for carrying the bat which was struck by the thrown ball. Umpire disagrees and rules runner is safe. I find nothing in the Rulebook which would prevent runner from being out in this situation. Thoughts? |
