The ball seemed ok you had to hit it square for it to go out ,the sound was something to get use to. This is something you can always expect from NSA. For the longest time had to use asa bats and balls that were worse than the 52./275. I have seen where a older higher rated team plays pool games then in bracket play they are playing as an exibation can't advance but get to play the 2or 3 games while the other teams finish out the bracket playing their age /rating. Everyone gets to play for something. JMO. |

I feel that the tourney dir missed the target on how this was handled . them not knowing who comprised the team until you show up puts them in a hard spot. I feel a stronger team that is bumped from one age to the lower while showing they are a strong team should start as the lowest seed and play heads up . Or be informed when they try to enter a tourny that this will be the case-if playing lower age and class-play by those rules with no equalizer example 60maj play in 55aaa no equalizer 60maj play 60aaa-60 aaa gets 5runs or extra player jmo monty25 |

| Dec. 23, 2009 monty25 | Topic: Players looking to join a team Discussion: Tournament of Champions, Florida softball 1 We won the spr. nat. as an aaa team, just before ISA nat. we were bomped to Maj., Won the ISA without our entire team ,so the tourn. dir listed us as a majteam and awarded Chicago Prim the berth in AAA .We will be playing in the AAA with the team that won the spring Nat. hope that clears matters. for 2010 we will be playing Maj. due to the victories and the addition of Bruce and mike and possiblly one more strong player. later monty25 |
