| May 7, 2019 RJB | Topic: General and miscellaneous Discussion: Oil City Classic , Oklahoma With all the rain that came down ,I want to give props to those responsible for getting the fields in playing condition, and hosting a great tournament, with some very good competition, only dissappointment was after winning the tournament and we took a team photo , I asked one of the guys to see the plaque for winning the tournament and he said I dont think they have anything for winning,so now I'm asking what's your opinion on that... |

| Jan. 21, 2018 RJB | Topic: Bats Discussion: Jose Moreno's Bat challenge I have always liked the idea of the bats tested and put in barrell.sad to say that it's not only the bats being altered..it's the balls being recovered..higher core and compression balls with the legal compression cover restricted ..also sad to say that rolling the endcap is no good anymore...I have heard of them going through the knob hand with a honing device that expands once inside and they thin it that way...cheaters are alwaays gonna find a way, but if we don't try and get it under control...more and more will get injured or lose a life...just my opinion as a pitcher that is still pitching with the young guys and playing senior ball..another note..all pitched should not have the option to wear a mask, cup and shin guards.... |
