Thanks Tim. You and.your team were a class act! Was nice to have the out of state teams come to our great state for a little Arizona hospitality. Except for getting a little behind on Some game times all went great. Thanks to all the teams and their fans for the cooperation with the guidelines the town of Fountain Hills set up at fields. Hope you all return to our great community some time. Take care.

TD Tom, this is just a Rec. Tournament so was not on the schedule.
We are using the SSUSA virus guidelines that were sent out a few weeks ago.

Registrations end at 5:00 pm tomorrow. Last I checked there was 2 spots open 50 thru 60s and 8 spots for 65 thru 75s
Like Lokahi mentioned above, its a go!

The Town of Fountain Hills is hosting its first ever Senior Softball Memorial Weekend Tournament! (The Town will only run this tournament if local leaders and CDC guidelines allow based on COVID-19 restrictions. If there are still limits on gatherings and events over a certain number of people, we will be forced to cancel. The health and safety of our residents is our number one priority.)

Games will be played from May 21 May 24. There will be two divisions:

Division 1: 50+, 55+, 60+ | Games played Sat & Sun | 18 team limit
Division 2: 65+, 70+, 75+ | Games played Thurs & Fri | 18 team limit

The cost is $350/team. Early registration is encouraged but payment will not be due until May 14th. The system will require you to enter a payment method but you will not be charged until May 14th via auto-withdrawal. If the tournament cancels, we will cancel all registrations prior to May 14th and you will not be charged.

The registration deadline is May 11th, a decision to confirm or cancel will be made after registration closes unless COVID-19 restrictions make it clear to cancel earlier.

Register Here: https://fh.az.gov/recreation

All games will be hosted at Golden Eagle Park on fields 2,3, and 4. Field 1 is off limits and there will be no warming up or batting practice allowed on that field. If you would like access to a field to warm up, we do have open access fields at Four Peaks Park, 14827 N Del Cambre Avenue, that you are welcome to utilize. These fields will be first come, first served. We ask that all teams be accommodating and willing to share space.

Yes Whitney 1/2 end load on those two bats. James the red Suncoast and the 2019 adidas red bat are both 12 barrels. I think the Suncoast swings a little lighter than the 2019 model. Might be because of the thiner handle.
Nothing but love on this string Dave.

The red 1 ounce end load 12. Very similar to the 2019 red one, but better if you can imagine that. Call me if you need more info. 612-867-5006

Great points by the 3 posts above. I got a chance to use the Suncoast end load over the weekend. It will be my bat of choice for a long time. They have definitely done it right.
