Here are the State of California rules for softball tournaments:

These rules go into effect in California on Feb. 26, 2021

• All players must exit the field after their games.
• Teams are not allowed to enter the dugout until previous team has exited the area.
• Anyone not playing in the field must wear a mask.
• On the field, catchers, umpires and base coaches must wear masks.
• Spectators are not allowed.
• There is a park-mandated COVID Director at each field to enforce the rules.  Any player or guest who refuses to follow these safety rules will be ejected from the complex for the good of everyone else in the park.
