Important reminder: The US Postal Service is experiencing delays in their deliveries, so please let us know if you intend to play in this tournament. Team lists for tournament are published on the tournament pages at the entry deadline. If your team is not listed, please call immediately. Teams are not officially entered until payment is received.
Refund policy: Entry Fees are non-refundable after the deadline. Full refunds are given to teams withdrawing BEFORE the deadline. NO refunds are given after the deadline.
Note: SSWC reserves the right to combine divisions of three or fewer teams within one age level and/or skill level.
This is a "Ring Option" Tournament.
Five games minimum scheduled, with Round Robin into Double Elimination or Three-Game-Guarantee brackets or other tourney formats.

First Session (65s and Up): Meeting will be at the field. Please check in with Tournament Director before your first game.
Second Session (50s - 60s): Manager meeting will be held at the headquarter hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, on Thursday, June 22nd. Check in begins at 6:00 pm, Meeting begins at 7:00 pm.
Third Session (40s): Meeting will be at the field. Please check in with Tournament Director before your first game.
NOTE: Managers who do NOT attend the meeting will be presumed to be fully informed on ALL matters (such as schedule changes, tourney formats and rules issues) discussed at the meeting. Tournament rosters are “frozen” as of the first pitch of the first game for each team. New players MUST be added as of the Managers Meeting. NO on-site NEW player additions are allowed. No Exceptions. Managers who do not attend Manager Meeting, and do not send a representative, MUST check-in with Field Director before they are allowed to play.
