Authors Look for Sporting Stories

PHOENIX, Arizona - Writers of the popular "Chicken Soup for the Soul" series of books are looking for inspirational, humorous true stories about sports that "open the heart and rekindle the spirit."

Selected stories should be 750 to 1,200 words and include a 50-word biography. The authors of "Chicken Soup for the Sport Fan's Soul" will pay $300 for accepted stories. Deadline for submitting the stories is June 1.
